Sarah Maldonado is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. She is available for private 1-on-1 (individual) sessions upon request and availability.
She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults using a variety of therapy techniques in individual and group therapy sessions. She works with a variety of treatment modules including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, existential therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. She specializes in crisis experience and has worked with clients in crisis partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive out-patient (IOP), and in school settings.
